He earned his Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco in 1996. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, his clinical work has been in both community mental health and private practice in San Francisco, California. Mr. Garver integrates Family Systems theory and strength-based approaches with his clients. He works with adolescents and adults with trauma histories, adjustment/transitions, and family issues.
